The goal of the program was to encourage co-creation, team cross-functional collaboration and innovation – something that is valued in Roche’s culture.
As part of the work under the Agile methodology, such a project was seen by Roche as particularly important.
The challenge: to emphasize these components in our recognition program, the key idea of which is to celebrate the teams’ achievements and highlight as much as possible the important and unique projects that the teams worked on during the year.
